Meet Your IMPACT Co-Facilitator and Executive Coach

Neissa M. Gallahar

My name is Neissa Gallahar, and I am passionate about coaching as a type of human resource development for pastors, staff, teams, and volunteers as a way to maximize the skills and talents of the church to fulfill its mission.

I am forever grateful for the trusted advisors in my life who ask hard questions and speak truth gently. I have learned to appreciate the power of being coach-able. These conversations inside of relationships built on mutual trust and respect have shaped who I am today and who I believe I can be in the future. As a coach, I enjoy working with those who are humble enough to self-evaluate, hungry enough to learn and smart enough to know going at it alone is not sustainable.

My diverse background of education, serving as a missionary and in ministry for 15+ years, combined with marketplace experience in the medical, oil & gas, and hospitality fields allows me to connect with and coach a variety of individuals, leaders and teams.

My clients say that I help them realize their potential, think outside the box they've put themselves in and see right through the fog of complexity; keeping with the mindset that a problem understood is a problem half solved. My pleasantly tenacious approach guides you and your team toward goals by providing positive support, constructive feedback, and resources for individuals or teams to improve effectiveness.
Traveling with my husband (Sean) via air, land, or sea and taking pictures is one of my favorite pastimes, and our travels provide artwork for our home. We have two beautiful children, Chase and Genevieve, who challenge us to our core, and inspire us to see each day as a gift.
